Our ideal candidate:
We are seeking someone to join our team environment with enthusiasm, self awareness, is a self starter with ability to work unsupervised, is self motivated and prides themselves on self responsibility. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and providing a quality outcome for our Clients.
* Plasterers:
* Measure, cut, and prepare plasterboard or lath for installation
* Mix and apply plaster, cement, or other materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions
* Apply base coats, skim coats, or decorative finishes to achieve the required surface texture
* Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in walls and ceilings
* Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and ready for paint or wallpaper application
* Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including trowels, floats, sanding machines, and mixers
* Follow project drawings, specifications, and instructions to deliver quality finishes
* Adhere to safety procedures, particularly when working at heights or with scaffolding
