My Tier 1 client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a complex, high value build- to- rent project valued over $100M. This is a delivery-focused role overseeing the project from early works through to completion, with a strong emphasis on quality execution, programme certainty, and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in luxury residential or large-scale high-rise developments, with a proven track record delivering projects end-to-end in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of major projects ($100M+) from early works through to completion and handover
* Manage site operations including sequencing, methodology, and buildability
* Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved
* Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and commercial reporting
* Coordinate design management and resolve buildability issues
* Chair client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Lead and support project teams including Site Managers and Project Engineers
* Identify and manage risks, variations, and contractual matters
About You
* Proven experience delivering projects up to $100M+
* Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environments
* Strong experience in luxury residential or high-rise mixed-use projects
* Demonstrated ability to run projects full life cycle
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Commercially astute with a hands-on delivery approach
