10-month contract position. Join our SCA Melbourne Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
* Set and communicate team direction, build strong relationships with clients, employees, and key accounts/agencies, and maintain a cohesive team through reward, recognition, and performance feedback.
* Develop and coach Sales Account Managers and creatives, ensuring regular training and field coaching, and lead structured, inspirational meetings.
* Prepare revenue projections, lost business reports, and assist in business development and strategy to drive client retention, new business, and effective marketing strategies.
* Proactively recruit staff, foster creative problem-solving, and implement customer-focused selling principles to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* 2 - 3 years' customer focused background essential
* 2 - 3 years' successful sales / management experience desired
* Local and interstate market knowledge desired
