An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Administrative Assistant to join TMC Fine Jewellers.

This position will be varied and exciting, working across various areas of production, alongside our existing team based at our New Farm office.

The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for assisting and supporting our production team.

Hours

This position is casual, three-four days per week.

Location

This position will be based at our Brisbane Head Office, located in New Farm.

Key Responsibilities

* General administrative duties and tasks where required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Meticulous attention to detail with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* The ability to following systems and processes.
* The ability to multi-task.
* Enthusiasm and initiative - you have a growth mindset & positive attitude.
* Eagerness to learn and develop.
* A high level of computer literacy.
* Confident working autonomously when required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to contribute and work collaboratively within a team.
