This includes planning, organising and providing hands-on assistance and technical support for field activities. The role will support long-term asset management objectives, ensuring the ongoing integrity of operational activities and ensuring the construction and delivery of projects are cost-effective and efficient.Previous experience leading testing & commissioning activities, managing and resolving defects, outages, identifying, eliminating and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget are critical to the position.This role will involve strong collaboration, supporting bid managers, commissioning managers, design teams and extensive external stakeholder engagement, contributing to delivering quality outcomes. Previous experience driving operational efficiencies will be essential as you provide hands-on assistance and technical support across our sites.This role will include the mentoring and developing of junior tradespeople and apprentices.This is based out of our South Brisbane office but is predominantly a field based role with a high level of travel involved.
