Key Responsibilities

* Work in partnership with your Store Manager to motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and financial KPIs.

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring visual excellence and product merchandising meets company standards.
">
* In the absence of the Store Manager, be the first point of contact for staff and customer concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
">
* Manage conversion, ATV and UPT to deliver growth and take immediate action to resolve underperformance.
">
* Assist the Store Manager with creating and reviewing store rosters, completing daily walkthroughs with Visual Merchandisers to ensure visual priorities are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.

* Ability to manage multiple key priorities, including people management, sales targets, campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management and P&L.

* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and motivate the team.

* Knowledge of internal and external loss prevention procedures, with the ability to train and lead by example.
