The Opportunity at our organization is to collaborate with a dynamic team in Sydney on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will provide advice and services related to Health and Safety practices, offering specialized technical advice to ensure employee well-being. The role offers flexible work arrangements, with consideration given to candidates on the east coast of Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process workers' compensation and salary continuance claims.
2. Establish case management strategies with relevant parties.
3. Mentor and coach junior team members.
4. Prepare safety performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Your Background:
* A strong understanding of workers' compensation and injury management best practices is essential.
* Excellent advisory and implementation skills are required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
