Distribution Centre Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to lead our Townsville Distribution Centre (DC), overseeing both on-site and off-site operations.
* Lead safety as a core value across the site, including the yard and operations.
* Achieve cost, KPI, and service metrics.
* Optimise service levels, productivity, and cost reductions.
* Manage reporting, capital projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
About You
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution environment, running a distribution centre in a leadership role. Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound logistics, reporting, compliance and project management of improvement initiatives is essential.

Proven track record of achieving cost savings, improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
