What you'll be doing?
Design Leadership: Guide projects from concept to completion, shaping innovative architectural solutions for multi‐residential and mixed‐use developments.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with national teams, consultants, and clients to deliver projects that exceed expectations and make a lasting impact.
Quality Assurance: Champion design excellence while expertly managing timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
Mentorship: Inspire and guide junior team members, fostering a vibrant and supportive studio culture.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring project success and business growth.
Project Management: Take ownership of project reporting, risk management, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Who are they looking for?
Experienced Professional: 10 to 15+ years of post‐graduate experience, with a proven track record in leading medium to large design projects, particularly in multi‐residential settings.
Project Lifecycle Expert: Comprehensive experience across all phases of architectural projects, from concept design to construction.
Tech‐Savvy Designer: Strong Revit skills and confidence working in a BIM environment, embracing the latest in architectural technology.
Team Leader: Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Qualified Architect: Registered Architect status preferred, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
