We are seeking a dedicated and experienced health law professional to join our national Medical Legal Advisory Service team as an Associate or Senior Associate. This role involves delivering high-quality, timely legal advice and support to our members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing first-class telephone and written medico-legal advice to members
2. Supporting the Law and claims teams and other staff on medico-legal and health law matters
3. Giving presentations to members and staff
4. Writing website content, articles, and other member communications
Requirements
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of health law and medical indemnity claims is essential.
The successful candidate will have a great variety and breadth of cases but with a focus on medical indemnity claims. They will work in an open and collaborative environment with access to top specialist medico-legal lawyers.
