Reporting to our Experienced Parts Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the parts department, making sure our workshop runs efficiently, and our customers get the right part, every time.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with day-to-day parts operations under the guidance of the Parts Specialist
* Accurately identify, quote, and supply truck and trailer parts to customers and workshop technicians
* Process orders, maintain stock levels, and help manage inventory
* Build rapport with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
* Keep systems up to date with pricing, stock, and order information
* Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused parts area
Who You Are
* You've worked in a parts interpreter role before (ideally in heavy vehicles, trucks, or automotive)
* You understand mechanical components and workshop needs
* You're a clear communicator with a strong focus on service
* Organised, reliable, and able to keep cool under pressure
* Comfortable using inventory software and order management systems
* Eager to learn from experienced professionals and grow within the team
