1. Present and sell IPTV solutions to target clients, including hotels, resorts, apartments, and other real estate properties.
Engage with clients to introduce products and services, and design tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
Plan and execute project-based sales activities from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure efficient project implementation and service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
Prepare sales reports, analyze market opportunities, and propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
คุณสมบัติ
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in B2B or project-based sales; experience in hotel or real estate technology solutions is a plus.
Experience in the real estate industry, property management, or project sales will be highly advantageous.
Established connections with condominium juristic persons, building management teams, or high-rise residential projects (at least 10 projects) will be given special consideration.
Understanding of condominium committee approval processes and project decision-making procedures.
Knowledge of IPTV systems or related technological products is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to different provinces for client meetings.
Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
