Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, skilled and people-focused Clinic Manager + Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations at our clinic.

This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment—balancing client service with the coordination and management that keeps the clinic running seamlessly.

* Welcoming patients and managing the front-of-house experience with professionalism and warmth
* Overseeing the appointment book and clinician schedules to ensure smooth clinic flow
* Managing reception duties including client bookings, payments, invoicing and end-of-day reconciliations
* Handling medical administration and maintaining accurate patient records
* Managing payroll, bills and accounting tasks through Xero
* Liaising with other clinic managers to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency
* Supporting the leadership team with reporting, inventory, and process improvement
* Upholding patient confidentiality and high professional standards
* Recruiting and onboarding staff
