After-Care delivers care to people living on the Mornington Peninsula, City of Frankston and surrounding areas. Our team is built on employees at all levels of the company having first-hand experience providing care to frail older people and people with a disability. We value professionalism, equally as much as a passion for caring and finding practical ways to help others.

This position involves providing excellent care and support to client's of After-Care who live with an age-related ailment or disability.

As an After-Care carer you will assist clients with:

• Personal Care
• Meal Preparation
• Transport
• Community Access
• Domestic Assistance
• Household tasks
• In-home respite care

• Minimum Certificate III Individual Support
• Previous experience in Aged Care or disability required, home care desirable
• High level of written and verbal communication and customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
• Understanding and commitment to person-centred practices

Licence/Certification:

• Certificate in Individual Support (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (preferred)

Pay: $40.00 - $42.69 per hour
