Client Details

An established organization in the environmental solutions space is seeking a skilled Business Support & Administration Coordinator to join their Brisbane based operations team. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, this business offers a dynamic, social and collaborative work environment.

Description

This role supports the day to day operations of the sales and service team, with responsibilities including:

* Managing the full Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, including invoicing, delivery tracking, and revenue recognition.
* Maintaining accurate records across a range of systems ( ERP, CRM, and contractor compliance platforms )
* Coordinating procurement, inventory, and logistics, including domestic and international freight.
* Supporting warranty claims and rental asset management.
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality support and service.
* General administrion support

Profile

A successful Business Support Coordinator should have:

* Experience in business support, administration, or sales coordination.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems, and procurement platforms.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Experience in inventory and asset management, and contractor compliance is highly desirable but not required
* Qualifications in Business Administration (Certificate III/IV or Diploma) are preferred.
* A proactive and problem solving attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer

* Temp to perm opportunity ( 3-6 month temp before going perm)
* ASAP start
* 80k perm salary + super ( $40 - $46 p/h temp + super ) depending on experience
