Skin Laser clinic: Medical Receptionist/ Admin/Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-time/ Casual/ Full-time Medical Receptionist/Admin/Nurse to join our team at the Medical Skin and Laser clinic, and WA Menopause clinic, in Kalamunda, and East Fremantle, WA. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative duties, and assisting our medical professionals as needed.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing the front office operations
* Handling patient inquiries, booking consultations, and facilitating the smooth running of the clinic
* Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records
* Assisting the nurses and/or medical professionals with various clinical tasks, as required
* Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
* For nurses applying – you will be responsible for safety, compliance, S4 and stock, assisting in surgery, utilising skills in laser and/or injectables if you are skilled.

* Relevant experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
* Proficiency in data entry, scheduling, and general office tasks
* Basic medical software knowledge or nursing experience is highly desirable
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem‐solving abilities
* A friendly, professional, and adaptable personality
* A thorough understanding of infection control and ethics.
