The Position
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Supervisors in Brisbane Airport Lounges. You will play a key role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a team of F&B attendants, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Oversee stock levels and ensure operational readiness for service
* Comfortable working across, F&B & concierge
* Support compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards
* Ensure premium presentation and service across all areas of the lounges
The Person
* Proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a premium or fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Current National Police Check is desirable
* Willingness to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) – cost covered by Compass Group
* Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods as required
