Iron Mountain is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia.
We have ongoing contracts that require experienced IT Field Technicians to perform a range of tasks.
What You’ll Do
In this role you will:
· Install new computer equipment and peripherals.
· Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 – Desirable.
· Knowledge of some in a range of tasks including:
o PC rollouts
o Installations,
o SOE Imaging
o Data transfer
o Fault diagnosis
o Post-installation support
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
· Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
· Experience with ServiceNow will be highly regarded.
