Foundation Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our high-performing team in Melbourne, where you will play a hands-on role in the planning, delivery, and oversight of specialist geotechnical and foundation works on active sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the planning and execution of piling, diaphragm wall, or ground improvement works
* Preparing method statements, lift plans, QA documentation, and daily site reporting
* Coordinating subcontractors and engaging with clients and consultants
* Monitoring HSEQ standards and ensuring compliance on-site
* Assisting with procurement, site setup, and logistics
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
* 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally in piling, foundations, or ground engineering)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Strong safety awareness and a willingness to work on-site in varying conditions
* Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
Bonus Points For:
* Practical knowledge of CFA, D-walls, anchoring, or other ground engineering techniques
* Familiarity with QA processes, ITPs, and geotechnical testing
* Desire to grow into a Project Engineer or Project Manager role
