Cibaria Manly is looking for a hands-on and organised Cellar & Loading Dock Manager to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and a proactive approach to cellar and stock operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels – ordering, receivables, rotation, and stocktakes
- Accept and check deliveries, change kegs, clean beer lines, and monitor gas lines
- Maintain cellar equipment, repairs, and general upkeep
- Keep the cellar and loading dock clean, safe, and WHS compliant
- Coordinate stock with managers for service and events
- Lead and support the cellar team with training and guidance
Requirements:
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- A natural leader who can motivate a small team
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in stock control
- Physically fit for manual handling and cellar work
- Knowledge of cellar equipment and beverage systems
- Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)
