Job Description:
We are seeking a successful and competitive Sales Specialist to join the 3M Automotive Aftermarkets team selling a range of high quality products to the Automotive Collision market. This role will utilise your product and application knowledge to generate sales activity, and develop strong customer relationships across the ADELAIDE, SA territory.
This role will allow you to:
* Identify, prospect, quantify and define business opportunities within your designated territory in order to achieve sales targets
* Development and implementation of sales plans to manage distributors and end users
* Build long term business relationships both internally and externally
* Achieve targets both on an individual basis, as well as contributing to the overall Automotive Aftermarket Divisions goals
* Management of CRM system, Salesforce
The successful person will have:
* Demonstrated experience within a Professional Sales Role, ideally from an industrial environment
* Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
* Knowledge of Industrial Products an advantage but not essential
* Exceptional selling and key account management skills
* Ability to analyze and identify business opportunities
