Job Title: Asst. / Product Manager
Job Purpose: Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product. Execute aggressive plans by working closely in association with sales to market the new products. Identify potential customers and vendors and build strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
1. Executing the Vendor Strategy
2. Assisting in Vendor bid documents
3. Managing vendor programs and promotions
4. Managing vendor relationships
5. Aligning with the vendor sales team
6. Growing the product and ensuring alignment with vendor innovation
2. Partner Management:
1. Identifying partner needs and liaising with the vendor for market intelligence
3. Responsible for overall working capital management (Inventory, operations, etc.)
4. Designing and planning promotional materials and campaigns
5. Planning and executing on stocking and sell outs
6. Identifying present and future opportunities for the product line
7. Reviewing and analyzing performance reports of products in the market
8. Following up with stakeholders on leads, forecasting, and sales closing
9. Understanding customer needs and latest market trends
Job Requirement: Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience.
