Right at Home provides exceptional in-home care and support for clients in the Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt area. We seek client-focused employees with a passion for the care industry. The position available is part of the office-based Care Management team, primarily responsible for handling client enquiries and developing relationships with clients and their families.

This role involves engaging with disabled, senior, and frail elderly clients and their families daily, managing requests, feedback, care enquiries, and complaints.

A successful candidate will have:

* Demonstrated administrative experience capable of managing challenging workloads
* A client-focused attitude
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365) and adaptability to new systems
* National Police Clearance Certificate
* Ability to contribute actively to organizational goals

Additional qualities include the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with stakeholders.


Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries
* Book initial consultation appointments for the Care Management team
* Maintain the CRM system accurately and promptly
* Ensure all documentation is correct and compliant
* Support the development of new and existing business opportunities
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, families, and health professionals
* Stay informed about changes in the Home Care Package and NDIS industries


Preferred Skills

* Recent experience in a similar role is preferred
* Experience in Aged Care and/or Disability sectors is preferred
* First Aid, CPR, and Police Check are essential
* Valid Driver's Licence
* High computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a personable telephone manner
* Problem-solving ability and quick thinking under pressure
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail while remaining calm and focused
