Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced BDM to join our team on a full time basis located in our Adelaide office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* To obtain new customers and maintain existing customers as per the sales target
* Always present yourself as an ambassador of Hellmann, ensuring that the companies standards, principles and reputation is always maintained to the highest level
* Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base within target verticals and ensures its strong presence
* Achieve growth and profitability targets in line with pre agreed annual targets
* Grow pipeline by prospecting, identifying and evaluating new opportunities.
* Gather market data and competitive intelligence through customer interaction, key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies and other sources
* Remain current in market trends, technology, and best practices to ensure relevance when engaging with prospective customer's
* Develop strong relationships with key target customers across the decision-making matrix
* Working with the operational and solutions team, develop operationally, commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectations
* Confidently understand, present and explain engineered solutions in order to close the business
* Take the lead in contract negotiations in order to achieve a mutually beneficial contractual term – highlight and elevate any risks either operationally or commercially to Country / Regional management
* Deal with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

* 4 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
* Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to details

Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
