About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Care Manager for our 96 bed, residential aged care home in Shepperton, VIC.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well‐being.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
* Effectively manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to ensure cost‐effective care without compromising quality.

* Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
* Prior experience in similar roles, with significant experience in residential aged care settings.
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team.

* NDIS clearance.
