Offer description

Are you a Social Media Executive who knows how to turn likes into action and views into visits?

This role goes beyond posting content. You'll be responsible for creating social campaigns that move people, from scrolling to booking, from watching to visiting, from awareness to impact.

From viral TikToks to strategic Instagram and Meta campaigns, your work will directly drive visitation, support conservation outcomes and amplify the life-saving work of the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital.

About National Trust Queensland & The Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary

Voted one of the Gold Coast's most popular tourist destinations, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is the crown jewel of the National Trust of Australia (Queensland) [NTAQ] properties. As one of Queensland's earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.

The National Trust of Australia (Queensland) (NTAQ) is seeking a Social Media Executive (Max Term - Part time - 30 hours per week) to shape and deliver engaging content across our social media platforms, and engage with organic and strategic content to continue to deliver the mission, vision and guests' experiences, across our iconic portfolio, including Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Astra Lumina, and the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital.

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions, while analysing and reporting on social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

This is the perfect opportunity to flex your creativity and be part of a meaningful organisation. This is a Max Term role until January 2026.
