Experienced barista skills with proven coffee-making abilities are essential for this position.
We are on the lookout for an experience and Passionate Café All rounder / Manager to help lead our vibrant Team.
Minimum 1-2 years of café or hospitality experience is required for this role.
Some team leadership experience is necessary to effectively manage our small team.
Key Responsibilities :
* Overseeing Daily Café operations
* Leading and motivating a small team
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing orders, Stock and suppliers
* Barista duties (Coffee - making essential )
* Helping Chef in the kitchen during weekends
* Opening and closing the Café
* Minimum 25 - 30 hours
