**About the role**
Reporting to the Manager of Dulux's Help & Advice, you will play a key role in the development, mentoring, and performance of a team of Technical, Online, and Customer Service Consultants, ensuring we provide a great consumer experience across our Dulux Paint, British Paints, Woodcare products, Acratex, Protective Coatings, and Porters product ranges.

- Conducting team meetings and performance reviews,
- Appropriate escalation of issues or complaints
- Solving of technical issues

**Skills & Experience**
- Genuine desire to lead, motivate and empower a team;
- Competent knowledge of the complaint's management process and consumer rights legislation;
- Strong technical knowledge (training will be provided), ideally within the paint or DIY environment
- Ability to put the customer at the forefront of everything you do
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems as well as the ability to effectively communicate with others both inside and outside of the business
- Proven experience leading and supporting a successful team and raising capability/performance
