ABOUT THE POSITION
Take the next step in your professional journey with this growing and innovative studio. They are currently on the lookout for a Project Lead, Project Architect or an Associate who are experienced in leading the delivery of large-scale Class 2 Multi‑Residential projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of high‑quality documentation packages, mentoring juniors, handling complex consultant coordination and liaising with clients.
DUTIES
* Lead the project delivery of a range of Multi‑Residential projects
* Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
* Attend on‑site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
* Independently liaise and manage a range of clients
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture
* Strong competency in Revit or ArchiCAD
* Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects
* Demonstrates an expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
