Job Description:

The Retrieval Registrar will work with an experienced Retrieval Paramedic or Nurse colleague to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care to critically injured adults and children.

Responsibilities include delivering critical clinical care and patient transport, participating in operational retrieval services, maintaining clinical equipment readiness and safety standards, supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and professional documentation standards, and promoting service excellence and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

* Experience in a critical care medical discipline.
* Ability to work effectively in pre-hospital and inter-facility transport and retrieval environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical equipment functions and emergency pack contents.
