**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Offering exceptional customer service in all interactions with customers
- Supporting various stakeholders with all decisions related to customers travel plans, ensuring the best outcome to deliver on a memorable and seamless customer experience
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders as directed to resolve escalated customer feedback or other matters associated to a customer's travel plans.
- Ensure itineraries are booked correctly and to a high standard
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Travel industry experience essential
- GDS experience a plus
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for customer service and meeting customer needs
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
**THE PACKAGE**
- Competitive salary depending on experience of $60-65k + super + incentives
- Monday - Friday hours
- NO WEEKENDS
