* Influence future aircraft cabin programs through commercial and technical evaluation, data‐driven insights, and governance expertise.
* Work at the intersection of engineering, projects and multiple business stakeholder groups to shape critical investment decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
* Analyze and validate commercial and technical inputs supporting cabin program scope, configuration, cost, schedule and risk.
* Evaluate design and supplier solutions against safety, compliance, capability and business metrics.
* In collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams develop budget estimates to support financial forecasting and investment business‐case scenario modelling.
* Prepare high‐quality reports, dashboards and documentation for governance forums and program reviews.
* Partner with Engineering, Project and Commercial stakeholders to consolidate inputs into cohesive program assessments.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and embed lessons learned into future programs.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in an aviation engineering environment, CAMO or cabin evaluation role is highly desirable.
* A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline is highly desirable.
* Ability to translate technical scope and configuration decisions into financial impacts and recommendations.
* Strong analytical capability with experience developing evaluation models and insights.
* Confidence in preparing and presenting clear, concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and project management tools.
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
