Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enforcing contracts, developing and assessing contractual claims, and implementing contract management processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in quantity surveying or construction management is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present informed recommendations
* Experience in contract administration, procurement, and negotiations
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience with contract management software or tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa
