About The Role
JHH is seeking an experienced and motivated nurse leader to join our established Gastroenterology and waitlist service. This role focuses on improving access to timely treatment for newly diagnosed patients while providing comprehensive support.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing advanced clinical assessment, management and follow‐up care
* Supporting patients and families through education, advocacy and care coordination
* Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‐based care
* Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
* Working through our waitlist patients

* A registered nurse with advanced clinical experience in gastroenterology
