Job Description
We're seeking friendly and professional Guest Service Agents to join our team on a part-time basis at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Key responsibilities
* Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
* Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about the property and local area
* Handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately
* Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
* Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and guest-focused approach
* Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
