About the role Harcourts Prestige is an award winning real estate agency locate in Southern River/Canning Vale, W.A and is currently seeking a full-time Office & Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of the office and the successful delivery of real estate services to our valued clients. What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries Processing of Sales and Listings as well as finalising settlements Saving and sending of invoicing for sales marketing and settlements Assisting with the preparation of property marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures Organising of Agency events such as festive annual events, seminars etc Hosting of weekly sales team meetings along with Sales Director Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property records in our database Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence in a professional and efficient manner Supporting the sales team with the completion of property transactions and the provision of exceptional customer service Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements Welcoming clients to office What we're looking for Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role within the real estate industry Candidates with current Sales Registration preferable Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Proficiency in using real estate software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant digital tools A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile What we offer At Harcourts Prestige, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
