Robert Half is recruiting exclusively an ongoing temporary Senior Payroll Officer / Payroll Team Leader role for an organisation that is truly making a difference within the not-for-profit sector.
This role will involve "hands-on" payroll processing as well as implementing robust internal processes and procedures.
The Role
Working within a small and supportive finance team you will take ownership of the organisation's payroll with your duties will including:
* Processing Payroll - Employment Hero
* Managing all payroll, employees and HR enquires
* Payroll compliance (super, payroll tax, workers' compensation)
* Understanding and interpretation of EBAs
* Interpretation and understanding of the organisations EBAs & awards
* Preparing & reporting monthly payroll & HR Reports
* Payroll query resolution
* Payroll analysis
This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone who is immediately available.
Your Profile
This role will suit a candidate who is happy to "roll-their sleeves up" and take ownership of a payroll process that is transforming quickly as the organisation evolves.
An ability to work autonomously, take ownership of a role and previous Employment Hero experience is essential for this role.
