South Ave sits at the intersection of fashion, culture and better-for-you beverages — and we've built a brand with real cut-through. Consistent growth. Creative that doesn't look like anything else in the category. A product people are genuinely proud of. Now we're expanding nationally and we need a senior marketing operator to take ownership of the function that makes all of it happen at scale.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
This is not a coordinator role with a senior title. You will own marketing operations. You'll manage a team of three, hold agencies accountable, run campaign delivery end-to-end, and build the systems that let the brand scale without chaos. In six months, the marketing function should run clearly and consistently — with you at the centre of it.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
* A structured, high-output marketing operation with clear accountability throughout
* Clean campaign delivery — brief to launch to wrap — across product drops, retail, activations, and partnerships
* A 12-month marketing roadmap the whole business works from
* Tight cross-functional alignment between creative, social, and sales
* New channels and initiatives that push the brand into new territory
You'll manage a Senior Brand Lead, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Coordinator in-house —
plus external agencies. This is a real team producing real output. Your job is to help scale and grow them.
THE 30 / 90 / 180 EXPECTATION
* 30 days: Brand inside out. Weekly cadence, clear owners, single source of truth established.
* 90 days: Running independently. Fewer bottlenecks. Cleaner handovers. Numbers visible.
* 6 months: Output higher and consistent. New channels live. Function stable. You own it completely.
