We’re seeking a Full-Time Retail Pool Shop Manager to lead our Burleigh team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day retail operations, manage stock and merchandising, provide outstanding service to customers, and support and guide the shop team. You’ll also have the chance to build technical knowledge in pool and spa servicing, with clear growth opportunities as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day retail operations, stock management, and merchandising for the Burleigh shop
- Provide outstanding service to customers and support the shop team
- Mentor and guide staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop technical knowledge of pool and spa servicing and share it with the team
Requirements
- Brings a positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Has proven retail or customer service experience, ideally with some supervisory or management background
- Is available full-time, including weekends
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
- Is keen to learn technical knowledge about pools and spas and share it with the team
