Reporting to the Supervisor Systems & Analysis, the Operations Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Operations, Supervisory, Quality and Warehouse Leadership team. You will investigate, analyse and report on areas of interest to the operations team and the Symbion business. Key to the role, high level understanding of the current WMS and automation vendor software along with an unquenchable desire to deliver improvement and meet our quality requirements. We are looking for a dynamic hands-on individual, someone driven to continuously improve the working environment. The role is essential to our ongoing success; ensuring all aspects of warehouse improvement, quality management and operational planning join to ensure we continue to fulfil our obligations and exceed Customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the team is conforming to company and site policies, operating procedures and Quality System requirements
* Assisting the operations team with administrative duties
* Review process and recommend changes to systems and procedures
* Data analysis and business forecasting
* Customer Run configuration and planning

Required Attributes:
* Extensive experience with WMS systems in an automated environment
* Proven ability to implement change and/or procedures that result in business and operational improvements
* Strong work ethic with an unquenchable desire to learn and improve
* Attention to detail with ability to adapt to changing requirements
* Strong computer literacy skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel
* Decision-making ability to evaluate value cost propositions
