**About your new career**:
Supporting our valued new home customers, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing key trades, quality management, supplier engagement and ultimately the smooth and safe delivery of new homes for our clients. Working across multiple builds your ability to organise, engage and support with internal and external stakeholders is critical to your success in this fast-paced role.
You'll join an experienced construction team and be provided with both technical and hands-on training. You will be immersed in a friendly team-oriented environment that nurtures its people to achieve success.

You're a born leader, highly approachable and organised and know when to consult with others. You have a great communication style and the ability to remain calm and professional even under pressure. Your ability to deliver is highly regarded amongst your peers and has earned respect and loyalty across your trade network.
Your technical experience includes:
- Proven experience as or interest in becoming a Construction Supervisor
- Cert IV in Building and Construction (min.) or equivalent Trade Experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
- Solid understanding of current building requirements, processes, Quality Assurance and OH&S.
