We are a transport business which has been operating for 15 years. We have long term contracts with known and leading brands within the construction and hire industry. We have a fleet of 10 - 15 vehicles servicing these key customers priding ourselves on reliability, service and experience. We are seeking a candidate that will uphold these values.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HIAB Truck Driver located in Seven Hills, NSW. The HIAB Truck Driver will be responsible for operating a HIAB truck, ensuring safe driving practices, adhering to DOT regulations, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining the truck in good condition. The driver will also be responsible for timely deliveries and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* CDL Class A license
* Experience in Truck Driving and operating a HIAB Truck
* Knowledge of DOT Regulations
* Skills in loading and unloading materials
* Excellent driving record
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Good communication and customer service skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience driving HIAB Trucks with knowledge of Sydney and greater Sydney areas and streets
Know how to tie down and apportion loads
Ideal experience with Knuckle Booms, Scissor Lifts, Containers, Road plates, Fencing. etc
Award:
Above fair work industry awards, to be discussed with right candidate with right experience
Working Hours:
Start Time: 5am - 6am
Shift Times: Minimum 8 hours with most 10 - 12 hours.
