Join a leading fintech as an HR Analyst on a 12-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and has some HR experience.
You'll be part of a collaborative People Team, working closely with your manager and receiving mentorship.
Your role will focus on turning HR data into actionable insights—creating reports and dashboards, improving data quality, and supporting decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update HR reports and dashboards to provide clear insights for decision-making.
Analyse workforce data to spot trends and support business planning.
Work with stakeholders on ad-hoc reporting needs and special projects.
Maintain data accuracy through regular checks and clean-up activities.
Suggest and implement improvements to reporting processes and automation.
What You'll Bring
Ideally 1+ year experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills and a passion for data.
Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) and exposure to BI tools (Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
