Culture & Capability Administration Officer
The Culture & Capability Administration Officer provides a range of high‐level administration and clerical support services to the Manager of Culture & Capability and C&C Team, to support the achievement of the People & Culture Strategic Priorities.
Administrative support services include, but are not limited to:
* Diary and calendar management
* Assisting with formal communications and briefs
* Health Roster management
* HP Contents record management
* Purchasing and invoice processing
* Managing recruitment processes
* Assisting with admin tasks around My Health Learning
* Managing enquiries through the shared inbox
* Supporting team reporting requirements
* Other administrative tasks including project administration to support the C&C Team
Organisational Development & Learning Administration Officer
The Organisational Development & Learning Administration Officer provides a range of high‐level administration and clerical support services to the Head of Organisational Development & Learning and OD&L Team, to support the achievement of the People & Culture Strategic Priorities.
Administrative support services include, but are not limited to:
* Diary and calendar management
* Assisting with formal communications and briefs
* Health Roster management
* HP Contents record management
* Purchasing and invoice processing
* Managing recruitment processes
* Assisting with admin tasks around My Health Learning
* Managing enquiries through the shared inbox
* Supporting team reporting requirements
* Other administrative tasks including project administration to support the OD&L Team
