We're on the lookout for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to be a key voice for customers and help elevate a support team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Resolve escalated and high-impact client issues across email, phone, tickets & chat
* Support customers with complex queries and keep service levels high
* Mentor and coach junior team members to level up confidence and performance
* Partner with Product, Engineering and other teams to improve processes
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in customer support or customer experience
* Strong communicator with empathy and calm under pressure
* Experience coaching or mentoring others
* Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Bonus – experience with SaaS, Intercom, Zendesk or similar tools
