Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
About the Role:
* Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
* Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, catering, and accommodations for staff and clients.
* Maintain accurate records, including expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and safety management documents.
* Draft proposals and tenders, compiling and reviewing documents, and formatting submissions.
* Support project managers in delivering projects, including data entry, scanning, binding, and ad-hoc requests.
* Travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and staff expense claims.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar administration/reception position.
* Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to changes.
* A positive attitude, energetic approach to tasks, and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
