Are you an experienced FIFO Village Admin seeking an exciting new opportunity with Mineral Resources? Our dynamic and innovative mining services company is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team as a Village Logistics Administrator based in Onslow.
About the role:
In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operations of our village facilities, supporting our dedicated workforce and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing accommodation arrangements, overseeing catering services, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
As a valued member of our team, you understand the importance of exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable as you liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and village residents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating village logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering services
* Managing room allocations and ensuring efficient utilization of village facilities
* Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for village supplies
* Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards
* Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols within the village
* Providing exceptional customer service to village residents and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant experience in logistics, facilities management, or a related field within Mineral Resources. Experience with SAM/INX systems is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with the resources industry and a demonstrated commitment to safety.
