Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate leads through various channels
* Conduct property appraisals and provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
* Prepare and present compelling property sales campaigns and marketing material to attract potential buyers
* Negotiate sales contracts and liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
* Stay informed about industry regulations and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge
Essential Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales in the real estate industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Current Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate License
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Knowledge of the Greater Western Sydney real estate market
