About the Opportunity
Australian Agribusiness is currently seeking a permanent full time Territory Manager to join our Western Australian team. As the Nuturf business's market-facing representative, this role is expected to effectively manage their territory while upholding the company's values and brand ethos.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
* Managing the assigned territory to achieve the desired budgeted sales and profit outcomes for both equipment and turf management portfolios.
* Attaining and applying territory insights to collaborate with the broader team in refining and improving regional strategic and business plans.
* Providing market insights relating to the territory to drive efficiencies and improvements in sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities.
* Building strategic customer partnerships on behalf of the Nuturf brand to enable territory growth and sustainability.
* Maintaining a relevant and accurate customer database through the company's CRM.
* Providing after sales support and advice to customers purchasing turf management equipment.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
* Minimum 5-years' experience in an industry-relevant sales position.
* Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
* In-depth understanding of sales territory management and business planning.
* Good communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and all levels of the workforce.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
