Administration & Studio Support

Noosa Heads

We are a boutique Joinery, Interior Design and Construction company based in Noosa Heads. We deliver high-end residential projects with a strong focus on detail, design and client experience.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration & Studio Support person to work closely with our Head Interior Designer and Company Director.

This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced creative and construction environment.

The Role

This position includes:

Executive & Design Support

* Assisting the Head Interior Designer with scheduling, documentation and client coordination
* Supporting the Director with administrative tasks
* Preparing proposals, presentations and project documentation
* Managing supplier communication and sample tracking

Reception & Front of House

* Greeting clients and suppliers
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Maintaining a polished, welcoming studio environment

Data Entry & Office Administration

* Data entry and project file management
* Updating spreadsheets and job tracking systems
* Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders

Showroom Support

* Maintaining showroom presentation
* Styling and organising displays
* General cleaning and upkeep of studio and sample library

About You

* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Well-presented and professional
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
* Able to juggle multiple priorities
* Takes initiative and solves problems independently
* Happy to roll up your sleeves, this role includes practical tasks as well as desk-based work

Experience in construction, interior design, or a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.
